Epic Water Filters

An Epic Water Filter is the easiest way to keep PFAs out of your drinking water. The filters remove up to 99.9% of contaminants, including 99.8% of PFAS and 99.62% of microplastics. They also remove lead, benzene, fluoride, and bacteria such as e.coli and giardia. Epic makes pitchers and dispensers for the fridge, water bottles, and under-sink filters. The Boulder-based company has a filter recycling program, mails everything in compostable packaging, and donates to environmental nonprofits. In an independent assessment of 10 countertop filtration pitchers, the Environmental Working Group chose the Epic Pure Pitcher as the Testers' Favorite.
